PTI stands for Papertrey Ink. This is a collective smack blog and Papertrey Ink review page. Papertrey Ink's continuously poor customer service has lead to a page dedicated to discussion of this stamp company and recommendations for alternative stamp companies. Minimal censorship here- I prefer to leave it up to posters' discretion.
The opinions posted on this blog belong to our visitors and we are not paid for our honest reviews ;)
No Muttation, I agree with you. It is obvious some people here enjoy stirring the pot. They enjoy the challenge of wording their forum posts so carefully that they don't get banned, but with a double meaning, so people here will laugh and applaud them. I didn't at all buy it when a previous poster today said basically, no one enjoys it, but we have to do the dirty work. Not true. Some of them here obviously enjoy it very much.

It doesn't really matter who they ban now. They have made their point and nobody is going to start trouble on the forum for fear of being next. I am so over it all anyways.
Yeah, the tributes are dead as of yesterday, but we will need a reminder soon as to who is really in charge there. Keep the silent and keep them smiling. Fire the cannons but display the rainbows and sunshine.
I always have had a sense of Debbie being a nice person as well, but I would have been insulted for her to have said that if I were Joan. I know Joan and frankly she does not need anyone to speak for her.
(If it had been me, I probably would have posted, "Thanks Debbie. I know your intentions are good, but I think I can handle it.")
And Joan may have a full-time job.. so do a lot of people.. don't go bringing personal circumstances into any of this. Joan is fully aware of what's been going on at PTI - she even blogged about it and put it on FB.
I wouldn't want a single soul speaking for me or making excuses for me, but then excuses are really a standard PTI response. Just because they need them it doesn't mean the rest of us do.
I think Debbie was really just trying to put out a fire before it got started. Joan's post could have been taken a few different ways and the OP seemed to be offended by it. Well, that is if "Wow. Just wow." is a sign of being offended. It's just so hard to tell.
I do think that Debbie was just trying to stop Joan from being attacked.
You know who I think is a shit disturber? Ted. He has sure had some long winded rants. Both the ones that he leaves up and the ones that he deletes. He won't get banned though because he openly admits to still being a customer.
Ted's rant does appear to have been deleted. I only remember him saying something demanding that Papertrey do the right thing about the mixed up dies RIGHT NOW. Blah, blah, blah.

Why would the customer have to prove how many stamp sets she's purchased? Wouldn't they have that information somewhere on their database?
Has anyone seen this blog post? It's a good summary of the train wreck http://simplicitybylateblossom.blogspot.com/2012/03/my-thoughts-on-papertrey.html
I am not sure if this blogger was affiliated with PTI at all in the past? Does anyone know?

Mutt - Yes, you are completely misguided and full of it.

well ok then....at least now I know...
People believe what they want to believe and will always find facts that only back up their argument.
I wondered how Barbara was still there too. Maybe Rick has a day off, and Nichole is counting her release money.
Has Barbara ever been outright mean or is she just vocal? It's hard to tell with all of the careful wording.

THIS!!!!
I would have to agree about the careful wording!
Muttation, I appreciate your point of view as it is well thought out and stated in a non-attacking way.
I just don't agree with you.
So why would they ban Barbara and not Joan? Both posts appear to have double meaning. Just curious.
Barbara has been a pot stirrer and Joan has not. Barbara's a very careful pot stirrer, which is why she's still there.

Does the gallery even work? Rick answered someone about how to post to it.
I think Rick is hot.

:-D LOL!
Ted is, ah, contradictory. As someone said the other day, he has an evil twin.
Sandwich got caught in my Vagabond still makes me laugh! Snicker!
There are a few vocals on both sides that I could do without seeing.
^^^^ Well I guess that Papertrey took care of at least one side.
Ted's off topic rant to Nichole and Julie has been deleted. Wonder if he got a warning for that post? Anyone care to PM him to find out.
Post Ted's rant here please?--or summarize it if it is too late to get it.
Donna C. -I'm trying to leave a comment on your post but I can't?
I hate that I have to post a comment in order to see comments higher than #200.

On another note....W Plus 9 sneaks started today!
It actually looks like a number of his rants have been deleted. He sure posts a lot though so it's hard to tell!
@16:15, you don't have to.
Just get to the blog and then instead of clicking on the comments, click on the post title.
Then you'll see at the top "newest newer.. older oldest..."
Took me awhile to figure this out ;)
Yes, I had to turn my comments off a long time ago as I had someone who loved to cause problems.
So what are your thoughts on Admin/Rick's new avatar of looking out a window???
Rick's avatar probably doesn't mean anything. I get the "I'm watching you" vibe though! LOL!
I thought it was a"glass houses" reference. You know like don't throw stones and all that
LOL! Just goes to show you that it is impossible to guage someones intent on the internet.

I still think there was some major loss of data at some point.
