Customer Service Emails - PLEASE NOTE
As mentioned in previous updates, Customer Service has been receiving a very large amount of emails (some days exceeding 600). This has created a significant backlog. Your email is very important to us, and you will be receiving a response. In the meantime, here are some FAQs that may help you in the interim.
If you're not sure your order went through, you can check your order history. If you have not yet created a new account since the new website went up, please do so by clicking on Customer Service, then on Create A New Account and register using the email address you use to order. If you have already set up your account on the new website but are locked out, you can also attempt to reset your password (if you have not been able to access your order history) by following the steps for creating a new account. If this doesn't work, we will pass along your information to the IT person for a true reset with him.
If you have an order number, then your order went through.
Anniversary sets are now available through the redemption of Papertrey Rewards. You can access your rewards by following the steps outlined above for Creating a New Account. The set can be obtained by the redemption of 24 points. You have until February 14, 2013 to redeem points to obtain the anniversary set.

If you are wondering about product re-stocking, a general guideline is that we expect stamps back in stock within two weeks, dies within three.
All orders are being closely examined to make sure you are charged the correct amount. We anticipate being able to issue all the correct credits for the 5% discount, free/discounted shipping, and rewards points within the next several days. You can check your method of payment for this credit to come through; if you do not see it by 3/13, please let us know (as this will allow enough time for processing both on our end and your financial institutions').
IMPORTANT NOTE about the 5% discount: We have seen hundreds of orders placed approximately at the $70 amount to qualify for free shipping, then apply the 5% discount. In these cases, it brought the order amount down too low to receive free shipping.

I live in Cincinnati and Heskamp Ink has two facilities-the dumpy one on Cardiff and a much nicer one in Fairfax on Fair Ln (5514 Fair Ln).
The Heskamps have a very nice house in one of our affluent neighborhoods-Hyde Park. So it seems there are probably two houses that "stamps built".

I've honestly not responded to this because I have been told in scathing emails from people on this thread that what I say doesn't seem to matter. While I appreciate your interest in this Karen, I can tell you what I have already told them. I have submitted their names and their order information. I have spoken with Dave on this matter. It will be taken care of.
This is the last year this will happen. The new system, implemented a year ago in anticipation of the problems the old system caused, will remedy this. These people have been told time & time again of how horribly I feel for them, and how if I had the sets to send, I would. It is a bad situation but it will be remedied.

Unfortunately they have a very good product and design team that there will still be lots of orders despite all the crappy cs issues, web ordering issue etc.

Sux to be Jennifer because her whole job revolves around just feeling bad about things and having 0 power to fix anything. I think she gets treated just as poorly as the customers. I just saw on Facebook that PTI now has a business phone number if you call information. Maybe some can get issues resolved. It is listed as (513) 871-6770. It is not on their page or their contact information yet, but it looks like when we asked for a number, they listened! Yes, just a tiny bit of progress, but this is progress.

so im afraid to ask this at the forum for fear of being jumped on -
but has anybody had a set go "cloudy"??? What I mean is -that every single stamp in this set is cloudy - not clear like usual.
And to clarify - I dont mean the occasional cloudy spot created when i rip the stamp off the backing plastic.
My ENTIRE Simple Circles set is CLOUDY - to the point i cant see through it - kind of defeats the purpose of clear stamps. I have never had this happen - and I own 50+ sets.

1. There's nothing Jennifer can say/do to satiate the people making these requests.
2. One of the three owners has NEVER come here to communicate to my recollection.
3. Another of the three owners is a complete mystery to me.
4. And the one owner who USED to come here to communicate no longer does.
5. On Monday, March 5 there will be sneak peeks.

I greatly respect Jenn for her bravery coming here to try to put out (or weaken) fires that aren't caused by her.

I think a lot of you guys are reading Ted wrong. I know in the past he's been quite the brown noser, but that was well, in the past. I read comments like the one above and similar ones he has been making lately as very tongue in cheek. lol, he's not "helping" Jenn, Jenn is probably thinking "oh STFU Ted". Because he's just rubbing the salt in.

I think that phone number came from someone who posted about calling information to get a PTI contact number and being put through at like 6 am to Nichole's home.
