I just received my huge die order from Happy Scrappy yesterday full of awesome dies by Chery Lyn designs or whatever they are called. I had a 25% coupon code and made out!
Would writing letters of complaint to Papercrafts do anything? The point of them showing cards with 'current' products and all the product info is so people can get those supplies. But them choosing to focus on cards with products with a company with such terrible customer service - ?
today's preview - thumbs down. That slotted card thing does nothing for me. Especially since you have to cut the smaller piece yourself. All the samples are ugly!!!
I see that Ted is back with non-answers, blaming, "everything works for me - it must be you," long list of stamps he said he wouldn't buy because there are other stamp companies, all the dies that he says he needs but tells others things are easy enough to cut out by hand. I've never seen anyone change their stories and talk out of both sides of his mouth like he does. He's amazing. Apparently by starting his new little community, they've boosted his adrenaline and pitty-partied him into thinking it was everyone else and not him.
Has anyone else noticed the comments on Nichole's blog for the release prizes are about half what they usually are? It seemed there were well over 1,000 comments per post on prior releases and now only 500-600.
MFT has a really nice selection of file folder tabs that would look just as nice. Also those new card basic dies are easy to do with a kraft knife. SU has a little rounded punch that allows you to slide gift cards in in the same manner that they put out years and years ago.

Everyone keeps saying how they want to post stuff. I don't understand why you don't? If you are that angry, feel that strongly, have been wronged that badly, why don't you? Isn't it your right to say it?

9:02... Stampin' Up has Natural Ivory and Natural White that have a similar look and feel. They're the standard SU 80lb stock though, so a bit lighter than PTI.

it cracks me up that the thread about the window dies from Memory Box is chock full of happy ordering experiences from OTHER companies! Wonder how long it will take clueless wonder to figure out that folks are encouraging orders from direct competitors.
Do I hate PTI? No! I certainly hate what has happened to them. I know it took me awhile to finally say DONE. I haven't ordered in months, it was hard at first but sooo easy now. I have forgotten almost every day to look at the peeks and reveals. Maybe by looking I was hoping something would spark that old excitement I used to get this time of the month, but sad to say nothing has. One thing I can say is this....I wish I had a dollar for everytime I have heard....we sent those back because they didn't meet our standards. What standards PTI?? FYI - for the poster who asked about where I bought my Memory Box dies...I purchased them from Ellen Huston. I looked at their recommended list of online stores and only 2 or 3 had a decent selection. Ellen Huston had the majority of the dies and paper I wanted.
At the time I originally posted my comment, there were only 14 ppl signed up on his forum (which signed up right away). So I am thinking those first few were either crazy or PTI Yeswomen!

for those who are a "special kind of stupid" who want to forge ahead with an order on the 15th, follow these simple tips for maximum satisfaction:
1) remember to write down EXACTLY what you want - since it is nearly impossible to use the search feature without knowing the exact PTI name of what you are looking for, 2) throw items into your cart QUICKLY - you need to beat the every 30 second system updates that are being blamed as the cause for dumping carts, and 3) remember to indicate you are from another country (preferably a third world nation) before indicating you are from the US. Otherwise you will not be able to enter your state information.
If these steps don't work, pour yourself a stiff drink and go spend your money at one of the REPUTABLE companies listed on this blog.

FYI - for the poster who asked about where I bought my Memory Box dies...I purchased them from Ellen Huston. I looked at their recommended list of online stores and only 2 or 3 had a decent selection. Ellen Huston had the majority of the dies and paper I wanted.

Mostly it's salivating over the new release. Nothing too interesting, really. A bit disappointing. They do seem intent on keeping it an upbeat place.
At the time I originally posted my comment, there were only 14 ppl signed up on his forum (which signed up right away). So I am thinking those first few were either crazy or PTI Yeswomen!
I mean, come on! Who would volunteer to chat on Ted's private forum that fast? I would need eye bleach and a puke pot after a day in that forum.

She said: "Thanks for asking this and for the answer. My last e-mail was sent on 5th March, so that gives me a bit of an indication as to when it'll be answered. Mine is one of the ones that needs to be escalated though, so I hope that doesn't result in an additional delay."
Why does hers need to be escalated? I don't think she has said anything about selling cards or special orders? Do you think she got "escalated" because she is Taheerah? I seriously wonder if she hits the "I want it all" button every month. On one of the first days of the anniversary festivities, when the DT picked their favorite products, she said she had all of the stamp sets listed except "two" or something like that! There were a LOT of stamp sets on that list!!
I have her on ignore so I can't speculate .
Fuck Little Miss T! I hope her order never gets there and she has to deal with Jane to get a refund or new box of product!

Release night ordering tips...
for those who are a "special kind of stupid" who want to forge ahead with an order on the 15th, follow these simple tips for maximum satisfaction:
1) remember to write down EXACTLY what you want - since it is nearly impossible to use the search feature without knowing the exact PTI name of what you are looking for,
2) throw items into your cart QUICKLY - you need to beat the every 30 second system updates that are being blamed as the cause for dumping carts, and
3) remember to indicate you are from another country (preferably a third world nation) before indicating you are from the US. Otherwise you will not be able to enter your state information.
If these steps don't work, pour yourself a stiff drink and go spend your money at one of the REPUTABLE companies listed on this blog.
