I noticed on one of Jenn's posts that she said she passed along a problem to "Jane". We sure don't hear her name very often. I thought that she was just a silent partner.
I will bet you an anniversary set that I will never mail that Ted will be back by Monday!
I'm pretty sure from previous posts that Cloisseaux is the older woman ( the mother of the bride) in that picture.....
I vaguely remember Cloiseaux mentioning once that she had grandkids.
Maybe we could have a "complaints" board on the forum to keep the stamping board on topic.
They could call it something like, hmm, how about "Ask the Papertrey Team" ?

I just checked cloizeaux profile and she lists her age as 55. I'm glad someone brought this up, because up until now I thought she was the bride in the pic. The bride doesn't look like she could be writing those words (I know, looks can deceive), but the woman next to her sure does!
After reading all the avatar comments, I noticed that Ted's is gone. Finally! I think his avatar and his signature are very in your face and I find them offensive.
That is probably Ted's way of trying to blend in. He's done that before.
You know, I've heard people over there and even here defend Jenn as a person, but I've always thought she was a snarky, passive aggressive little twat, even from the earliest days. Her responses to customer problems have ALWAYS been studiously vague, condescending and artfully obnoxious.
I think she is showing more of her true colors today with some of those little slips. I don't care that she's off-site so it is hard for her, she has no excuse for talking down to and pissing off customers with real issues. That is pure (unpleasant) personality.
And now, she is actively telling all pissed customers that yes, these PTI people (Julie et al), the same ones who email you those rude messages and resolutely FAIL to answer your concerns timely, THOSE people are scrupulous and beyond reproach? Well, fuck you Jenn. Guess what? Customers aren't buying your line of BS anymore, go sell it somewhere else.
Nothing speaks louder than actions, and the actions of you and Julie and the other owners is one big EPIC FAIL.
Non-Communication Director - that's good! I'm still trying to sort out in my head if these issues PTI has are actually complicated or they are making them more complicated.
What PTI is doing is putting the onus on the customer to resolve issues. If you have missing anniversary set, email them. If you have gift certificates that don't work, email them.
How about them emailing those people new codes automatically? What if I don't ever check the forum (I checked FB and Nichole's blog, and the Shop - I can't find the forum link anywhere !!!)
Nichole refers to forum repeatedly on her blog posts..... SOOO STRANGE!
At this point, I think most PTI customers don't care of they are scrupulous or unscrupulous. Just fix the problem. I don't want excuses, I don't want apologies, just fix the problems.
They could be the most honest people in the world, but they are failures at running a business. Really, honestly, they are FAILURES. They have shown that.
Just looked up scrupulous in the dictionary. Umm.. I think that's not the word Jen is looking for!

ou are doing business with some of the most geniune, scrupulous people that I have ever worked with in this business. As you mentioned in an earlier post, I've been in this industry for quite a while now, and I can tell you that I have been burned by some companies that some of you really love. I know scrupulous and I know unscrupulous. I would not be sitting here, working this hard, to do so for unscrupulous people. Each and every person in this company is working their tails off right now to make sure every issue is corrected as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I guarantee it.

I know what you mean, 18:03. I want to spend money with Gina K, but the stamp designs have never done much for me. I have one Christmas set that I love, but that's all. One of my big issues with her stuff is that I loathe handwritten fonts for the most part. My handwriting is no great shakes, but it's better than the one on many of her sentiment sets.

Your purpose in writing a forum post is not class prize for best essay. (Which you would lose btw.) Your purpose should be communicating an idea or ideas as succinctly as possible.
