My ip was returned to Papertrey via slow boat a few days ago. If I am lucky enough that it doesn't get lost in the mail, I will update here as to what the resolution is. Since I am international and there is no tracking (that doesn't cost big $$)I will just have to cross my fingers.
I really hope that I get the refund that was stated in the email exchange rather than a new ip. I am already thinking that I won't get the return postage because I can't see PTI admitting that the ip is defective.
Leigh just asked whether everyone else who purchased the upper case alphabet die received a cutoff letter "A." Of course not, Leigh. You damaged it when you took it out of the bag with your right hand instead of your left hand.

I hate Cheetos and scrolling.

Can anyone tell me how the cardstock from Gina K. compares to PTI cardstock? I would be willing to switch.
ordered an index label from PTI for a stamp set and only got half of the sets label! How can they mess that up!
