PTI stands for Papertrey Ink. This is a collective smack blog and Papertrey Ink review page. Papertrey Ink's continuously poor customer service has lead to a page dedicated to discussion of this stamp company and recommendations for alternative stamp companies. Minimal censorship here- I prefer to leave it up to posters' discretion. The opinions posted on this blog belong to our visitors and we are not paid for our honest reviews ;)

«Oldest ‹Older 201 – 212 of 212On at least two occasions, I forgot to include an item in my free shipping order, so I placed a second order and paid shipping for that single item. I contacted customer service and asked whether they could combine shipping. They responded promptly and explained that it was their policy not to make any changes to orders. Nevertheless, they went ahead and combined the orders and refunded me the shipping charge for the second order.
I was very, very impressed and thankful. I am a smacker but will give credit where credit is due.
If there are so few orders as some want to believe then the back of the line isnt that far back
darn 3rd...........when will i be first?
Thanks for the impress code!
Am thinking if there's going to be a 20% on thanksgiving? Money's real tight right now, I'll have to gamble and wait till then :(
I'm 16:34 and I would have sold the stamp set but i had no choice I wasn't given an option she cancelled it on me as soon as i emailed her.
Say what you will about Gina K's designs, I think she's a smart business woman. Not only has she responded to her customers' wishes regarding ease of ordering cardstock, but she's rockin' some awesome techniques this month too!
1936 you told her your order was not exactly what you wanted. I think she was trying to help you.
Yep, I think J thought she was trying to be nice and save you both the hassle of partial orders? One new order is better to deal with than a partial one that might have items missing etc? Just thinking. Maybe PTI CS is trying to change for the better. I know, it's slow and everything but she's trying to be better than being the bitch some people call her to be. Again, this is just me thinking.
19:40 I agree with your praising Gina and everything but I still stick to saying what I mentioned before. The stamps do not call me to buy them, not even a whisper, figuratively speaking of course :)
Julie is a sarcastic bitch. Her words are her weapons. You know the type--smiling to your face while they sharpen a knife behind their back?!? She was the last straw for me. I haven't ordered PTI in months and I don't miss it. I LOVE My Favorite Things stamps and dies. They are even benefactors of a couple PTI designers. All good. But the best part? They communicate. Ship timely after taking your money. And mostly, the CS department talks nice. No sarcasm. No meanies. Just good hard-working staff. A friend told me about this blog. And to you who state that folks blog here and still order... Got news. Not me. I love the stamps and dies from PTI. But I am much happier now. I don't look at their site. I don't miss the aggravation AT ALL. Life's good.
19:51 - I agree! It's too much month after month!!! Believe me when I say, "Life is so much better when you give up the PTI crack addiction! I speak from first hand knowledge.
and that's all good for you. bye bye. enjoy your new products. I have no desire for others to buy PTI.
however I'd like to be comfortable on the forum without this blog dissecting posts and commenting on them.
be happy, move on, leave the PTI customers alone.
