Hearing what the past dt has to say makes me think that Mish was smarter than I gave her credit for. Debbie Olson too.

  2. Others who aren't on the forum defending NH/PTI:

    -Papercrafts gals (including Betsy)
-ANY past/present SCS Dirty Dozen member
    -ANY past PTI DT member

If a friend of mine were treated like a liar and a crook I would be vocal on the forum about it. Oh, hey, kind've like we ARE doing for our customer friends!

  3. So, in fairness, let's recap who IS on the forum defending PTI:

-newbies who have yet to have a problem
-Ted, because he can't make up his mind
-Dawn, because she needs to sell stuff and has no integrity

  4. From the last thread - re:Karen,
Karen was specifically told by JENN to return the die via her equivalent of first class mail. Karen posted the emails. Karen maybe should have emailed Jenn to tell her that it was going to cost $23 but after going through the cs runaround, I wouldn't want to do the whole email and wait 2 weeks for a response thing either.

    ReplyDelete
  5. @ 17:39 Woulda been a lot less than the runaround she ended up going through. Expecting to be reimbursed $23 for a worthless die is just so stupid I would have it in writing before I did it.

  6. Wish I knew the story on why Niki left. She used to be very active on the boards.

    ReplyDelete
  7. She(karen) posted it back to PTI EXACTLY the way she was asked too according to Australian postal rates.
She admited to thinking it was a ridiculous cost on her thread, however it appears Australias first class mail is clearly different to the US, so she had no reason to think she would not be refunded the $23.

I'm sure if she knew all she was required to do was put it in an envelope with a few stamps on it she would have, however at the time of all the drama........that is not what she was asked to do.

    ReplyDelete
  8. At the time maybe she actually believed what Papertrey was telling her. If they said that they needed the die to return to the Manu then she would have no choice but to return it.

I am in Canada and I have paid stupid amounts of money for postage. I wouldnt necessarily question the amount if they told me that they had to return the die to the Manu.

  9. @ 5:37 wonder if the Bitchy little merry sunshine is getting paid extra for taking on the task of posting all those stupid sunshine icons. I predict Betsy will be gone soon if things don't shape up at PTI.

  10. Just to defend Karen - in Australia, first class mail is top of the line - like front of the plane - all the bells and whistles. Tracking, insurance etc. I would have done exactly the same thing - cause that's what CS told her had to be done. The stupidity (and this is common) is that US businesses believe that everything is the same world wide - and what applies there, applies everywhere. If you want things returned in an envelope with stamps - just write that in your policy. Don't give it a name and expect everyone to know exactly what that means. This is just one, of many examples, where the world isn't exactly like the USA. And how was Karen (an aussie) supposed to know that?

    ReplyDelete
  11. oops. Posted on the old thread:
    --------------------------

My 2cents on the Karen thing: Hindsight is 20/20.

How many customers have waited two weeks for a product, then waited two weeks more, then waited a year, then em'd CS, only to get a non-reply, go to the back of the line, get to the front of the line and have their em's dumped??

Yeah. With hindsight we're all geniuses. I don't blame Karen for doing exactly what was asked of her.

    ReplyDelete
  12. also posted on the old thread:

LMAO @ Guatelicia's response to Dawn:

Seriously??? Quite condescending if you ask me. But the little sunshine makes me feel better about being called an idiot.

    Classic.

  13. @ 18:00 There was something a few threads back on the smack blog about Niki. I don't want to dig for it, but basically, she took her pride & integrity and left on her own. I didn't get the impression that she had any regrets either.

  14. Someone asked in the last thread about the girl who won the trip to NH's, and now she's posting today.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Since NH is tight w/Papercrafts it would be classy of her to take out a full-page apology to her customers for enduring crappy CS.

Not holding my breath. In fact, Papercrafts disgusts me for their association.

I would agree with you if Dawn hadn't been so over-the-top aggressive with the sunshine lately. Way too obvious that she is burying threads.

Those who have noticed are pretty sunburnt.

  20. LOL - My husband just came in and glanced over my shoulder to see me reading "SANDWICH STUCK IN MY VAGABOND"

He was like wth are you reading??? Ahhh...only a stamper would understand.

  21. Between her "ugly American" comment the other day and her over-the-top reaction to Dawn, I may have to put Guateleticia on ignore. I thought she said goodbye not too long ago?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Nichole would never apologize unless her house was being foreclosed on and she lost the business. Even then it would be "I'm sorry that you all held such personal grudges that you found it necessary to ruin my life". She will always be the victim.

  24. @ 19:07 Zactly!

  25. While I usually agree with Guatalicia's message I find the presentation abrasive.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I think Guatelicia should probably drop it, but I think Miss T showed how much of a bitch she is. What a snot!

    ReplyDelete
  27. NH is not tight with Papercrafts anymore. If and when she was, it was with Cath who has taken a different position at PC and no longer even lives in UT and works at the headquarters.

The only reason you see what little you do of PTI in their issues is because designers like Maile, Betsy and a few others always submit with their stamps. Most likely because they get publication incentives from PTI.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Well I'm not sure why beadgal29 felt it necessary to bump the cs letter thread since she appears to be on the sunshine crew.

I personally am angered by littlebirchtree's pity party for papertrey.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Thank you 19:25 !! I really used to enjoy PC. With this new knowledge I will take them off my naughty list. I will give them another chance.

    ReplyDelete
  30. 19:34 ITA! She just stirred it up again. And I agree about the pity party. Only an ass would defend a faceless, non-communicative business over real people who have had real issues. I don't feel sorry for PTI at ALL in any scenario. They brought it on themselves, and are NOT improving no matter what they keep saying.

    ReplyDelete
  31. What exactly was beadgal29 trying to accomplish?

    ReplyDelete
  32. "Mob mentality" goes both ways, Tina B. I would rather be illuminating real problems with knowledge than keeping BS threads alive and pretending noting is wrong. Who exactly is the "mob" here??

    ReplyDelete
  33. Help a gal out. Which Tina b thread are you talking about?

    ReplyDelete
  34. 19:58 An old thread, something like "JULIE, YOU HAVE TO PUT CS UPDATES ON THE WEBSITE"

Tina B said the following in regard to, basically, everyone with CS problems:

"So well said. Please stop and move on. It's time for you to pickup your marbles and go home. Allow us to make our own decision regarding PTI. I believe when I see so many negative comments regarding a company on the other crafting blog, I question the validity of the mob mentality posters."

    ReplyDelete
  35. AWESOME response by Dawn/dnkmmw. Well said, Dawn!
    -------
I wasn't going to respond to this, but since someone bumped it up from a few pages back, I guess I will. I have no idea how someone made the transition of the OP asking for PTI to post their customer service email where everyone could see it to people thinking it was asking PTI to be charitble. I understand that not everyone values customer service, but on every thread asking for answers or explanations of why the problems exist, those that do value customer service are belittled and are told to 'pack up our marbles and go home'.

I have been buying from PTI for a long time and honesty, I now feel like I have been duped. It makes me sad. I am not here to rain on the parade of those who don't mind their emails being deleted, I am waiting to see if PTI cares enough to turn things around so I can order again. I really, really don't understand how people feel that asking for honesty and decent service means expecting PTI to become a non-profit. Further, the poster that the past several were in agreement with said that PTI is trying. I am sorry, but deleting customer service emails does not fit my definition of trying.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thank you. I saw the thread but didn't read through the whole thing again.

    ReplyDelete
  37. So someone that wants people to give PTI a chance to fix things bumps a thread that asks PTI to do the right thing ? And then 2 more people tell us to leave PTI alone?

    What the heck?

    ReplyDelete
  38. This was posted on SCS. I thought it was well-stated:

"Communication is so important to customers. I placed a Gina K. order this week, and still haven't received a shipping notice. However, I've received two friendly emails in the last week (one was before I ordered, one after) explaining why exactly they are behind on getting their orders out. Knowing exactly what's going on makes all the difference. And it's great knowing that their last release greatly exceeded all expectations. I just don't think it's so hard to communicate what's going on. Sometimes it sounds like Papertrey is doing too much, with new releases too often, anniversary sets, gift certificates, maybe they need to step back a little and just get back to the basics. Rewarding customers doesn't do much good if your business is so swamped that you can't even get these rewards in the customers' hands.

I really hope these issues get resolved, but it sure looks like whoever is making the decisions there is making some very bad ones."

    ReplyDelete
  39. Well, it looks like Dawn may have taken her sunshine and gone home. Debbie was on, but I think she probably has the sense/class not to start a bunch of absurd happy threads. Ashley has now taken over the night shift of babysitter. She usually shows good sense too & keeps her presence at a minimum.

I can't help feeling like some of them reallllly don't want to be involved in the whole CS thing. I know I wouldn't.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Some of you think my answer was over the top...

Dawn wrote: "obviously we can't help everyone all at the same time. Somebody has to get help before someone else. KWIM?"
    "We're not magicians.....we're just helpers!"

I honestly did not appreciate the way Dawn was trying to explain things, as if I was a 5 year old. And a little sunshine at the end of a sentence doesn't make it better of friendly.

If pointing it out to her in a direct way is a reason for some of you to call me names, and for PTI to think that it was a personal attack, then think that way. I was just being honest with the way I felt.

    ReplyDelete
  41. I can't help wondering about the DT members who *aren't* getting involved in the forum. I'd like to think they were smart enough to say NO to that request.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I don't remember anyone calling you names guatalicia. There were a few people that didn't agree with the way that you stated your feelings.

    ReplyDelete
  43. Guatelicia - I understand your frustration. On the one hand, just like everyone at PTI, Dawn says she is doing all she can to relay the messages. On the other, she is spending LOTS of time posting about music ... and snacks ... and what inspires her ... and Lol'ing at this or that ... or liking someone's avatar.

You are either "working on it" or you aren't!!! I think the frustration comes with us SEEING them clearly NOT doing what they say they are doing. Thus, being lied to like we are children. Frustration understood.

  48. We are probably all feeling a little paranoid. I know that anytime I post a comment on the message board I feel like I am being singled out as a trouble maker.

    ReplyDelete
  49. In the previous post thread about the facebook posts DT members were writing, what did this mean:

Shame they took down the thread on the forum about the email today.

What thread are they talking about?? What did I miss?

    ReplyDelete
  50. yes I was calling Miss T a snot!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I am pretty much in agreement with everything Guatelica says, the only thing is, she made this thing about saying Good bye (sic) PTI! And then is still there posting over and over and over again. If you say goodbye and are still a dominant poster, it's like you're just there to stir trouble, which, I don't have a problem with - LOL - but I think it lessens your credibility or something, KWIM?

    ReplyDelete
  52. I thought, and I could be wrong here, her goodbye to PTI meant she wasn't buying anymore, not that she wasn't going to participate in the forum or use the stuff she bought.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yes, I well remember that post (and miss t's response as well) and I believe that is what she was saying goodbye too, the purchasing. Btw, miss t's response was something to theeffect that she was leaving the forums until it became a happy place again and that lasted only a few days. She was back before the new release....

  56. Just out of curiosity, if you are never buying from a company again and make a very public scene about your decision to never buy from that company, why on earth would you want to continue to take part in that company's online community? The forum is paid for by PTI for their customers. It is a place where their customers can get together to discuss PTI products. If you are no longer a customer and are no longer buying their products, why still participate in their community? I just don't understand. You've made it clear you hate the company and those involved in the company, why stick around and interact with the people/company you hate?

    ReplyDelete
  57. ^^^ I would think to make the best use of the products you already own? Besides, I think just because someone decidees not to buy, doesn't mean they should not continue to hang out with the people

Maybe she wants to be there to keep the sunshine from giving everyone a sunburn. I don't know, and don't really care. But you have given me something to think about. WHY am I still there? WHY am I here? Its been 6 months since I have ordered from PTI and at one time I "think" I stuck around in hopes of them being a better company. Now I know that is NEVER going to happen, so maybe it is time for me to move on.

    ReplyDelete
  61. So you are telling me @5:20 that since I don't buy PTI anymore, but I have tons of cardstock, stamps and a few dies, I am not allowed on the forums? Please, tell me where I should go to find out updates on current customer service issues and problems IF I wanted to order again.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think I remember them saying Jenn has more duties than just the forum... Like writing those emails and other communications. She may very well be working behind the scenes helping with release stuff.

    Just a guess.

  63. @5:40. I am here because at one time I loved PTI. I still like their product and stupidly keep hoping they will find their common sense and somehow turn things around. I basically left SU for PTI and am now heavily invested in their paper, inks etc. And I am just in awe of how anyone could have such great product ideas and be sooo inept at quality control, customer service, etc. I still have rewards points to use up and one issue unresolved with PTI.

    ReplyDelete
  64. @6:22
    I am the 5:40 poster.
I think maybe that is why I stay too. But I have really done a lot of thinking about this the last couple of days. Lets just say PTI would change. I still don't know that I could ever trust them again.

    ReplyDelete
  65. My problem seems to be when I find a company I love, I stick with them pretty much 100%. Since PTI has shown me they don't want my business I am thinking about going to SU. When placing an order, do you have to go through a demonstrator?

    ReplyDelete
  66. Precious Snowflake19 March 2012 at 06:42

"The forum is paid for by PTI for their customers."

    ^^^^

That is the most hilarious comment of the century. And the most incorrect.

I'm so fucking sick and tired of hearing PTI owns the damn forum. YES it is a private forum RUN by them but WE THE PEOPLE own the fucking forum because it is with OUR MONEY that they can afford to run said forum.

The correct version of that comment is this:

"The forum is paid for by customer for PTI."

PTI didn't create a forum for the good of you people. Think about it, what better way to drum up interest/business then have the masses whip each other up into a frothy spending frenzy around release time???? The forum *was* a cash cow. Until now.

Everything Nichole and co. do is to keep you guys on their site to buy more shit. MIM, challenges, blog hops, stupid useless podcasts (thank God those were cancelled due to lack of interest), monthly contests....all these interactions are to keep you on their site for as long as possible. Cuz the longer you are on their site the less time you have to buy crap from other companies.

And yeah, the forum worked to their advantage for a long time. People developed relationships based on a community with one thing in common - PTI. I'm convinced that their success is truly due to the loyal fans that were created through the forums.

So don't fool yourselves....they run the forum and created it to benefit themselves. We pay for it.

    ReplyDelete
  67. 6:37, yes, you need to buy through a demonstrator. But you can buy online through a demonstrator website and you get a discount and the stuff comes right to your house. So you don't even have to know or interact with the person you are buying from.

    I'm not a demonstrator, just a customer.

Not all demonstrators sell online though. So when you do a search, make sure to check 'online' or something like that. I can share my demo's name if you like.

    ReplyDelete
  68. ^^^ When I was still a SU customer approx. 2 years ago, you did have to go through a Demonstrator. Now it looks like you can shop online...you just don't get all the same benefits.

One of the things I enjoyed about going through a Demonstrator was attending her free card-making parties. But I also joined a paid (with a $18 monthly minimum) monthly stamping community as well. It was fun. I only quit because I eventually had too much product and didn't want to continue the monthly minimum.

    ReplyDelete
  69. @5:20 - Another reason why some people are still on the forums is because they have no other avenue to speak directly to PTI's CS. Since there is no number to call and now there is a moratorium on emails (for specific situations), there is no other channel to communicate through. I keep forgetting about this point myself.

    ReplyDelete
  70. You've got to be kidding me! First, I was "pruned", on "accident" of course, after I questioned the ethics of the PTI owners.

Ok, so I created a new login ... get almost to where I am at the minimum of dumb comments so I can post (if I choose to)

and now I am banned again?? Ummm.....really?

    ReplyDelete
  71. ^^^ one additional thing to add ... so, last thing PTI says on my "serious question" thread was that they were looking into why my forum acct was deleted. I wonder how they are coming along with that investigation??

    Meanwhile, I can't ask them. That's convenient.

    ReplyDelete
  72. @6:45...please share if you don't mind. My niece will soon be the proud owner of all of my PTI cardstock and inks. I know this may sound silly, but I just can't get any joy out of making cards with anything from them.

    ReplyDelete
  73. fuck me! look at this post by dawn:

Ithink the overall goal is to have a sunshine-filled forum all the time, where people will actually want to spend their time, as well as resolutions to outstanding issues. It seems to me like we've made great strides in both areas in the last week or so.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Dawn has officially lost all of my respect.

Its one thing to be positive, it's another to be an unrealistic fake.

    ReplyDelete
  75. littlebirchtree started a thread on SCS about how frustrated she was with PTI and posted with her own pitchfork about how incompetent they are but now she says enough? Okay then.

    ReplyDelete
  76. If PTI wants me to play by their asinine rules... then I'll play by them. Since I am banned (2x) from the forum...on "accident" of course... I will now need to ask ALLLLLLLLLL of my questions by email to their CS dept. You all may remember that was one of my questions in the 'serious question' thread ...(should we ALLLLLL em to ask what we need to know or are they going to just tell us o the forum).

And since I can't see the forum I can't refer to their handy list of "what not to email and when". I will simply have to email EVERY question I have, every day, and often, and encourage my friends to do the same. I may have to post this on other forums as well ... to encourage those, like me, who have been banned from the forum, to em CS with allllll questions. One question per email.

    Yes, I am pissed!!

    ReplyDelete
  77. I have some questions I think they should post:

-How do you wear your hair while you stamp?

-Does your stamp table face north, south, east or west?

-What temperature do you keep your stamp area?

-Tell us what you dream about at night that is stamp related.

-If you could have an affair with any of the DT members, who would you choose?

-Is your paper stored vertically or horizontally?

-What are some uses for used kleenex?

-When you design your next bathroom how will you make it stamper friendly?

    ReplyDelete
  78. MissyC - You probably already know this, but I think you're just going to get even more frustrated after mutiple emails to CS.

FYI - my current PTI issue falls into a category that was not mentioned in the CS email update from last week. When my problem first began several weeks ago, I emailed CS. I received an auto-reply email and then nothing else. Then PTI sent out that CS email that told everyone that they were deleting all emails. Since I didn't know which category my problem fell into, I emailed them again and received another auto-reply email. Then silence for several days. Last week I finally got a human response from Dave that did not resolve my problem and forced me to reply back because his response was so vague. I am still waiting to hear back...

I have to wonder if they are using email as a way to bottleneck customer issues.

    ReplyDelete
  79. To the first 6:09- I never said anyone wasn't allowed on the PTI forum. I just don't understand why you (in general, not you specifically) would want to participate in a forum that is design to support, and even celebrate, a company that you dislike so much.

To Precious Snowflake- Your arguement is ridiculous!! Are you a shareholder? Oh wait, they don't have shareholders. They have 3 owners that have the sole decision making power. They decide how to spend their profits, not the customers! Your money pays for a product, nothing else! You can make suggestions as to what they should or shouldn't do, but that is it! Just suggestions. If you don't like the decisions they make, your only recourse is to stop buying their products! If we had to pay a fee to join the forum, then your arguement would make sense. Since not one of us has paid money to join the forum, we do NOT own the forum. If they didn't pay for the forum, that money would be in their pocket, not ours! The forum is their chosen form of marketing. Yes, it has the added benefit of being a support community for their customers, but it is still marketing.
So by your logic, I should have some say in the commercials Target makes. That is their chosen form of marketing, and after all, I did buy toilet paper there last week. Since my money is paying for their commercials, I should be able to decide what those commercials are for! Right?
Do you see how ridiculous your arguement is? Probably not. Your sense of entitlement is just one of the things wrong in our world today!

  81. Someone needs to start a thread asking where Jenn is. I think she's in the fetal position eating her hair!

I'd love to see how Dawn sunshines that question up

    ReplyDelete
  82. @ 7:26 ....Oh I know, believe me. But Papertrey is the posterchild of making things harder than they need to be. I asked, seriously (thus the title of my forum thread "a serious question") if we should em CS (which one would think would be highly inefficient for everyone) or could they just COMMUNICATE on the forum to the masses.

Well....they have answered that question in full! They have kicked me off the forum & they only have one way left to contact them. Far be it for me to try and make SENSE for them.

Which type of ribbon is your favorite?

Machine stitching or no machine stitching?

And lastly, how about another funny one? When getting dressed, do you put on sock, sock and then shoe, shoe? Or do you put on sock, shoe and then sock, shoe? Want to say that the forums are quite seriously making me puke this morning. Surely the DT can't be that fucking froofy? It's like syrupy sweet stickiness that makes me feel unclean.

    ReplyDelete
  87. for me, it's just dawn mcvey that's pukey. lisa johnson adds in a emoticon every now and then, but the other DT members seem to be keeping it polite and not sunshine-filled.

  88. @7:41 Thanks, seriously.

I wasn't under the illusion that I had a chance at winning.

  89. It looks like they have very few OOS items this release. I wonder if their orders are way down.

    ReplyDelete
  90. @ 8:17 I think that is likely.

And not to shade anyone from the bright SUNSHINE on the forum, but that is most likely the reason some are under the impression that things are improving all around. You run off enough customers there is bound to be a shorter line.

  91. It appears that I have now been officially handslapped. These people are determined.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Whomever said recently on the forum that they want to be left to "make their own decision about PTI" (wanting those w/problems to go away): Wouldn't that be making an *uninformed* decision?? I guess some people like living in lala land.

    ReplyDelete
  93. So orders are going out quickly and people on the forum think this is because of improvements by PTI?? hmmm, I think more likely there were fewer orders to ship to begin with. Same reason on OOS items, less ordered....

    ReplyDelete
  94. Wow - there are only 4 comments on NH's MIM post by mid-morning her time. Usually there are hundreds. What's the deal?

    ReplyDelete
  95. I'm still trying to decide if I even want to bother ordering just to get use my points. My biggest problem is I have like $44 or something and I HATE paying shipping. That means I have to actually GIVE them $30. The second problem? WTH do I buy? I'm honestly not liking anything new that is coming out. I was thinking about the banner dies, so maybe that, but that's $22... that is a huge gap to make up.

I keep wondering if I just sit on it will they come out with something I'm interested in. Mrrrr

I can say one thing in ALL honesty. Should I ever buy from PTI again, none of it will be from Dawn McVey. I know this doesn't bust her bubble, but I have always learned in life, never burn a bridge, you never know when you might have to cross it.

  97. hmmm...quite a few ppl are getting resoutions from NH personally. looks like she was busy over the weekend. interesting...

  98. So, the gal who won the Dec prize pkg is so happy b/c NH sent her an em offering to trade her pkg for a GC. I would say "yay me!" in any other world ... but in PTI world, not so much. Are GCs even WORKING?? Not to mention she hasn't officially GOTTEN it yet. It must be dejavu from when she thought "Yay me! I won!" back in Dec.

    LOL!!!

  99. I hate to break it to you, Aeryn, but you have to spend $70 in "real" money to get free shipping. So your order would have to be at least $114 to get free shipping. Sorry!

    ReplyDelete
  100. @ 8:31 exactly!

Now that I know Dawn has stepped over the bloody bodies of her (former)DT friends to hock her wares ...not attractive.

I know you don't know me from Adam, but I would be willing to accept your order and send it on to you. After what happened to Kate, I am not even sure how safe that is anymore. Shipping would be 6.50 instead of the 30.00. Think about it and let me know. I did redeem my reward points, and bought lots of Score Tape and a couple of the $5 stamp sets I wanted. I didn't have too many points since I quit ordering from PTI midway through the year.

  102. And now Sue Romberg is happy b/c NH contacted her about her JAN prize pkg. I'll bet it was the same deal as for Vera's Dec prize: "We'll (PTI) trade you a worthless GC and call it even. HTH!"

Good luck, Sue! We're rooting for you!

    ReplyDelete
  103. 8:39, thanks, but I don't really understand your offer. I'd still have to pay $6.50 in shipping... where is the deal in that? Whether I pay them shipping or you shipping, it's still money spent on shipping instead of product.

    ReplyDelete
  104. anyone know what the facebook post was about from ex dt members regarding apost that was deleted about an email??? so did not understand that part in the previous post on this blog!!! were they talking about something deleted on the forum?

  105. 18:53: Tracey Cuccia (the girl that won the trip to Nichole's house) has been posting off and on since Feb. She took a small break since Dec. I don't think there's any coincidences. She's been posting in other areas of the forum (not all in "Stamping Talk").

  106. Aeryn, I think she thought you meant the $30 would be your shipping fees. Maybe she thought you were in Canada and it would cost $30 to ship a $44 order? Just my guess.
Either way, to get free shipping using rewards points you have to spend $70 in addition to the reward points you redeem. In your case, $114 total.

    ReplyDelete
  107. so it would be cheaper to just use your points and pay 6.50.

    ReplyDelete
  108. Aeryn, not to burst your bubble but you have to spend $75 to get free shipping. Reward points don't count. Redeem your $44, pay $6.50 shipping and be done with it.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Aeryn, I think that anon poster thought that you might be international, thus you having to pay PTI $30.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Aeryn, i think previous posters should read all the comments before respoding !

    JK !

  113. HELP - Sandwich got stuck in my VAGABOND

This sounds like something that belongs on the NSBR forum of 2Peas.

If I didn't know what a Vagabond was, I would liken it to a vajayjay. Sorry, I know that I shouldn't go there but I find this to be hilarious. Yes, I am a 12 year old boy.

  114. Shipping in the US is free over $70 not $75.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Hey Aeryn, you'd have to spend $114 to use your rewards AND get free shipping blah blah blah hahahaha I know you already know this but had to jump on the bandwagon with the other 10 that mentioned it. HTH!

Isn't it hilarious that a smackers answer questions quicker (and in quadruplicate even! LOL) than the CS at PTI? I know I'm laughing.

    ReplyDelete
  116. Wow, that's straight up bullshit that reward points don't count. No way am I spending $114 with them! Yeesh! Guess I'll suck it up and pay shipping for a few dies. @@

and yeah, I find it hilarious that y'all are way quicker than CS would EVER be! Or trying to look up the info on the website!
