  1. The forum reminds me of a ghost town and the DT are the girls in costume giving a tour (for old times sake).

  2. Yeah, they also make sure you don't go anywhere you shouldn't go and you don't 'touch' any thing you shouldn't touch :)

  3. Ted is a teacher and the last 2 weeks of August, teachers work 24/7 getting things ready for the school year.

I still think PTI won't make it until November.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Wonder if PTI's stamp manufacturer is the same as the one causing all the problems for Claire and others? If so, will they delay a release?

    ReplyDelete
  5. Why do you think they won't make it till December 21:22?

    ReplyDelete
  6. 04:02
Doubt whether the manufacturers are the same - WMS are a different/sturdier quality.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Stewart superior used to manufacture PTI stamps and also palette inks ( and PTI first generation inks)
I wonder if they switched stamp manu's when they distanced themselves from that first ink??

    ReplyDelete
  8. 21:22 - I have a few reward points - should I cash in on them now????
Ha - anyway, as an international it is hardly worth cashing in on $20 worth of points when my minimum shipping would be $32.50.

  9. Any Labor Day sales announced? Have some PTI money ready to go somewhere else.

    ReplyDelete
  10. OrganizeMore is having a sale

    ReplyDelete
  11. pti is closing only in your dreams.

between PTI's CS issues, the brilliantly designed website, the pathetic forum, and this blog, there is no doubt in my mind that sales are probably off by 30%.

but they are still selling a lot and making a bundle. otherwise, even Julie would change!

keep buying and this is what happens.

  12. Market street stamps labor day sale, $9 backgrounds and 20% off entire site.

Their backgrounds are full size and wonderful :-)

    ReplyDelete
  13. Thanks for the head's up on Market Street, 07:27. Just placed my first order with them for a few backgrounds I've been wanting. Shipping is so cheap, too.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Market Street stamps are good quality and fun to use too.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Was just asked by a family member what I wanted for my birthday. Sent them a link to Impress gift certificates and said "Shop in your PJs - buy me one of these." I see new more new ink in my future.

  16. Crazy. I'm 09:13. Market Street shipped my ordered before noon today. Wow.

  17. Market Street shipped my morning order too.

  22. I'm not financially well endowed enough to shop at Clear and Simple :0)

They have some nice stuff though.

Can't afford SU either - I think they're completely overpriced.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I agree that both Clear and Simple and SU are way overpriced.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I find Clear and Simple's pricing confusing. Sometimes a stamp set or a die seems reasonable. Other times it's like "how the hell did they come up with that pricing?"

    ReplyDelete
  25. Who do some of these companies think they are fooling? On today's blogs about labor day sales I have seen the following:

    10% off all ribbon

15% off all Fiskars decorative scissors

    10% off all wood stamps

    10% off Marvy Markers

Does anyone really consider those worth doing? I did not even know Fiskars really made decorative scissors anymore and I only see ribbon on about 5% of cards anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Maybe they're trying to get rid of old inventory? Nothing in that list would get me interested in shopping, though.

    ReplyDelete
  27. 16:12 I agree about everything except for ribbon. I use ribbon on almost everything I make!

    ReplyDelete
  28. ^^ to the person above who posted the link to the $35 dies.
Good idea but way over-priced. I would buy those if they were at a reasonable price but $35 is crazy.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Owl die - Sizzix released one similar for $20. http://www.sizzix.com/product/657694/sizzix-bigz-die-owl-2

16:22-Agreed all except ribbon. I do still see a lot being used but admittedly 10% is not worth the effort.

  30. To the HELPFUL person who suggested that I ink up with Versamark before using Distress Ink...

    MWAH!!!

That's all I have to say.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  32. So new PTI website launching this morning. Should be interesting. Hope they get it right this time.

  33. Ellen Hutson is having a Labor Day sale. 15% off everything except Copics. Use code laborday15 at checkout.

  34. from scs

Just to let you know that that following my complaint with PTI with a parcel not having been received (usual customer service it now appears with Julie from PTI ignoring emails), Paypal have reimbursed me.

So the fact that they had a parcel number from USPS, that doesn't suffice as proof that it was actually delivered / received.

So .. my advice, pay through Paypal and that way if there is a problem .. and Julie refuses to help / answer emails .. there is a solution.

    Good luck !

A 'never again' PTI customer !!!

    ReplyDelete
  35. ^^^Wonderful news for you! We work hard for our money and our hobby is our reward. Nobody gets to take advantage of us

But i am curious did they issue a refund because you never got the item or because PTI did not respond to Paypals investigation?

    ReplyDelete
  36. It's good to hear the SCS poster finally got resolution. Who here believed it would come from PTI?

In the case where PayPal refunds the money, do they go back to PTI to be reimbursed? Who's out in this whole transaction?

  37. With the recent announcement from Rick about the new website, would it be safe to say that he is in fact....the web designer.

    ReplyDelete
  38. 01:56 market street stamps offers free shipping after $50. just ordered last night and got free shipping on my order

    ReplyDelete

  40. awdml.com is having 25% off the entire store through Monday for the Blue Moon. Use coupon code BlueMoon to receive 25% off your entire order. Free shipping after $75 every day.

OR use coupon code df543a6ea4 for free shipping after $50

They also have all Unity stamps 60% off this week.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thanks for the Market Street info. I ordered yesterday afternoon and here it is 16 hours later and my order is shipping. Now that's how you do it!!

    ReplyDelete
  42. Personally, I think Rick has always been the "IT" person, i.e. website designer.

I have no hope that this website will work any better than the others.

It's the morning of Sept 1, where the fuck is the new website????

    Lather, rinse, repeat

    ReplyDelete
  43. 0710 why do you even care?????????????????????????????????????????

    ReplyDelete
  44. 7:40 why are you even here if you don't care?! Personally, I think ricks cojones must be as big as basketballs to deny he was the web designer guy. A lot of us suspected it and he would not fess up. Then again why would anyone want to admit the disaster they called a web store was theirs. My 15 yr old daughter could design a better online shop!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Oh I dont think its that uncommon we were suppose to implement a software upgrade last November at work and our computer dudes still dont have it ready and there is no sense of urgency

Its the nature of the beast

    ReplyDelete
  46. actually it isn't the nature of the beast.

a store that ONLY sells online and has an awkward inefficient to say the least website is losing $$..

PTI's desperate attempts to do things on the cheap will result in its downfall. Now that is the nature of the beast.

And I do not care. I find this website amusing, like junk TV.

  47. Very cool new stamps at Impress--

    ReplyDelete
  48. No, I don't think Rick designed the website, I remember finding a website a while back (either through a Google search or following a link from here) for a business which had a scrolling bar on the side showing newly designed websites they had done. One was PTI's.

Now to throw a tidbit out there like that with no link is low, but search as I can I can't find it again and I know I didn't dream it.

  51. The date given for PTI as a client is August this year on the homepage. These are the new kids on the block.

Interestingly their home page says that they are interested in "only doing what they do best" and "the client is alwyas right".

Seems a bit hypocritical of PTI to be attracted to a business like that.

    ReplyDelete
  52. ^^^rethink that, the date is month, day, year. Which puts these guys at coming in, in May?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Afternoon must be the new morning.

  58. Rick just posted that they are having trouble with the GC and rewards. I hope things improve...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Having trouble with rewards points = POOF!

    ReplyDelete
  60. ^^
I wish I'd gone into system to check how many reward points I had...

    ReplyDelete
  61. awdml.com drives me nuts. Hardly any pictures and who has the time to look up each item via google?

    ReplyDelete
  62. any concerns about rewards and gift certificates email me and I will send you my cell phone number. You can call me direct with your questions instead of guessing here or believing the lies spread here

    ReplyDelete
  63. How do we email an anon poster?

    ReplyDelete
  64. You know who to email.... I would put my number on here but it would be all over the internet in about 15 minutes

    ReplyDelete
  65. Yeah, this is the ONLY website that spreads lies...lol. Spend time on the interwebs much??!!

    ReplyDelete
  66. So if they are still uploading data to the website, has it even been tested and put through its paces, Rick?

    ReplyDelete
  67. it has been tested for weeks... the data import that took place last night did not "take place". So any orders placed since the last release will not be imported until the middle of the week. So until they are imported, it is better to disable that functionality for a few days than it is to have something go wrong. But with that said, launching this site (2 weeks away from release) is much better than using the previous site.

    ReplyDelete
  68. and still waiting for the first email asking for my number so we can have a real talk

    ReplyDelete
  69. Still waiting for a website where we can check our points. It is noon here on the beaches of the west coast.

    ReplyDelete
  70. call me...I'll tell you how many points you have right now

    ReplyDelete
  71. No, I am not going to call a stranger. Just get the stupid website up.

    ReplyDelete
  72. you just want the site up so you can complain about it... that is what is so sad. such a waste of time

    ReplyDelete
  73. OK, don't put the site up. Will just be easier to spend my money other places.

    ReplyDelete
  74. you seem so angry. maybe a little prayer and meditation would do you some good.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Is there a new address for the site because it's 3:10 EDT and all I see is a Ninja.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Has PTI EVER done anything on time? Did you really expect it up by noon? When it comes up do you REALLY expect it will work well and everyone will shout hurray? .

    ReplyDelete
  77. 3:00 pm here in the Midwest and no new website! Ninja still....

    ReplyDelete
  78. I am hoping the new website has better search functionality and larger set thumbnails. One of my greatest uses of the old, old site was to click on the "images" and in 4 pages or so, I could see all the stamp sets. It was great for selecting stamps to use or finding sentiments that would work for my projects.

Any hope for that returning, Rick?

    ReplyDelete
  79. I agree! I am not a uni but I am hoping for an improved sight and some positive changes for PTI.

    ReplyDelete
  80. Why should customers have to call a worker of PTI on a holiday weekend on a cell phone in order to access information that should be readily attainable and yet the company does NOT HAVE A SINGLE customer service phone number? Does this make any sense at all? This is like my dr. telling me that if I have to wait in line at the pharmacy, I should call him and he will tell me how long the wait in line will be. Insanity!!

    ReplyDelete
  81. The site allows you to set the display type (2 column, 3 column, boxed, text) so you decide how it will display the items. The old landing pages are back. It still needs some tweaking over the next week or so, but by the release it will be fully complete.

    ReplyDelete
  82. what information is so critical that you need it right this second on a holiday weekend?

    ReplyDelete
  83. Thanks, Rick. Sounds like some of the functionality I miss the most might be coming back. It really helped me use what stamps I have.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Rick, I like the new pages, especially the ability to view the list of all stamps under each category, the email a friend function, and the wish list.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Well, excuse me 12:44. I will find a site that does work on a holiday weekend and spend my money there then. As of this moment I will no longer haunt the halls of PTI.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Since it is my only day off after an 11 day stint, I guess it doesn't matter if I cannot access it for another 11 days. On my way elsewhere.

    ReplyDelete
  87. How do I get to galleries of current sets now?

    ReplyDelete
  88. What are "landing pages?"

    ReplyDelete
  89. landing pages are Stamps, Tools, etc...that let you see different lists...like stamps by category, stamps by release, etc...

    ReplyDelete
  90. Is there a way to see little pictures of the stamps without clicking on each stamp name? I can't seem to see the stamps unless I click each one...

    ReplyDelete
  91. 13:15 again. I do like how easy it is to add things to my cart. Much improved!

    ReplyDelete
  92. Where are the pattern packs of the colors released already? If you search, you can't find them and they aren't under patterned paper or the perfect match paper.

    ReplyDelete
  93. try a search for "stamp set" and then change the view to "flexible"

    ReplyDelete
  94. @13:15 who said:
"Is there a way to see little pictures of the stamps without clicking on each stamp name? I can't seem to see the stamps unless I click each one..."

I'm not PTI rep, but if you search for the category, like background, then you can see decent sized icons of the sets. I haven't tried all categories to see if it works for all. And I did notice that the first time when I typed backgrounds plural, it didn't show all background stamps, but with just background singular, it did.

But, the search function isn't quite as particular & specific as before. I typed Heart to Heart intentionally wrong and it actually showed all sets with heart instead of telling me there was nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Disappointed that there aren't thumbnails for the stamp sets like there are for the dies. The die area is much improved.

  98. I love how Rick denied being associated with the ridiculously messed up site. But now he is claiming the glory for it getting fixed.

    Typical PTI fashion. :p

    ReplyDelete
  99. I love how you make any assumptions about Rick when you have no clue what you are talking about. Typical smacker fashion.

    ReplyDelete
  100. Hmm.. can't log in. My username and password are incorrect, even though they've been saved by my browser and are the same I've always used.

    ReplyDelete
  101. 16:09 - you're as bad as your own generalization.

Not everyone here has made assumptions about Rick.

Not every smacker is arbitrarily negative.

    ReplyDelete
  102. Will the 'full release' be shown on the homepage again? Sometimes dies are released for older sets, as Autumn Abundance was last release. The homepage has always been a reminder of what's new. Presently it only has stamp sets shown. Will that change?

    ReplyDelete
  103. 13:34 ITA die thumbnails much better - it would be nice if they were organised under headings though. Borders, Tags etc.

Also agree that sometimes a thumbnail of a stamp set is a better reminder than a name!

    ReplyDelete
  104. can't find anything from the last release - not that I'm surprised.

    ReplyDelete
  105. A disappointing website that isn't 100% perfect doesn't phase me too much one way or the other. I don't need to smack a website.

Shoddy CS that leaves me feeling ignored/slapped/disregarded however ...

The new website might be fantastic when the day is done. BUT -

I'll only shop PTI again when I feel sure there will be some mutual respect in place.

    ReplyDelete
  106. ^^^ what do you think about that Rick? She is not the only one that feels this way including me. Can u fix your ex wife's attitude? No? Yeah I didn't think so. And that's not a lie.

So.....are we seeing the real Rick now, or was the one before the real Rick????

    ReplyDelete
  109. who cares about who rick is? you sound like 11 year old girls.

how about a company with good products, in good condition, priced well, shipped well and with mistakes corrected? it is all I ask.

    ReplyDelete
  110. If this is the extent of the "new" website, then I'm disappointed. Not surprised, though. Typical PTI - over promise, under deliver.

It would be nice if they would actually hire someone who knows something about the product and how it is used to do the keywords for the search.

    ReplyDelete
  111. The search feature is still very lacking. Type in Pattern Packs and you get nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  112. ^^^not a uni but if u put in pattern paper it comes up. Patter packs IS a bit too generic. Are you looking for pattern background stamps? Pattern ribbons, image patterns. But yes it could have returned anything wirh pattern in it

    ReplyDelete
  113. No, it does not come up under pattern paper. Tried it. Am looking for the packs for $12 each all of one color but various patterns.

    ReplyDelete
  114. It will come up if you try Pattern Pack. Without the 's'. For some reason the search feature does not like plural words.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Why can't there be a tab for PTI dies?

Why does it have to be under tools with all the other things they have?

    ReplyDelete
  116. The website is still a joke!

    ReplyDelete
  117. Am I missing something? The website looks the same to me.

    ReplyDelete
  118. not convinced Erin gives a rat's rear about my favorite anything. And that's what makes me not want to be on the forum. My favorite die to use without a stamp? Memory Box Classic Pear with the Embellished Pear overlay.

My guess is that would go over like a turd in a punch bowl.

    ReplyDelete
  119. ^^^ lol..too funny. Go for it! Be a rebel. What's the worst that can happen?

    ReplyDelete
  120. I don't understand why PTI insists on staying with the same format for their sites. Too much is listed under tools. Who cares what the essentials are? Can they create a site that is easy to use and efficient?

Replace "Tools" with dies, and place everything under tools in its appropriate categories from the top.

It's overwhelming to see all of those things listed under tools.

    ReplyDelete
  121. So much for "all those months of testing" they did on the website.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Depending on whose stats you look at, IE has the largest/next to the largest market share of all the web browsers and the new website did not play nice with it.

I agree, 20:52, great job of testing for oh, so many months.

This still smacks of a low cost or internal solution to their website problems. What was the definition of insanity again?

    ReplyDelete
  123. I often wonder when something isn't working and the question is asked 'oh, what browser are you using?'

Why does that matter when all the other sites out there seem to be able to cope with ALL browsers.

    Testing for months. Phooey.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Rick, just so you understand where some of us are coming from.

PTI has a history of having a crummy website. Sorry if that hurts, but it is true. We cannot find things. Period. The February redesign was so bad that even PTI decides to "fix" it.

So what does PTI do? They still put their own short term bottom line before the customer and ultimately their own long term financial future. They refuse to hire a real full time web design and store company. They hire you. Someone who tells us he has a full time job elsewhere and that job is not designing web stores.

The new store still does not provide a customer friendly experience. This is not a surprise because you cannot do this by yourself. The job is too big for you. Posting that you are working nonstop on it for 27 hours does not make me impressed. It adds to my feeling of frustration. Admit that you cannot do this and walk away.

    ReplyDelete
  125. If no one here is ordering because of poor customer service why is everyone so impatient about the web design? Even when/if a new web is to your liking that wont solve issues with poor product and verbal slap downs.

A new website is a bandaid for a scab that is picked constantly

    ReplyDelete
  126. Well said 5:24, and I totally agree. One person cannot handle a project like PTI's web store by himself PLUS a FT job.

Same goes for J & J, they run Heskamp printing first and foremost, and moonlight for PTI.

I think they need to make the decision to let go of the reins of one of their companies and devote all their time and energy to one or the other.

But that would be like admitting defeat, and their egos obviously can't handle that.

Which means nothing will ever change until one or both of the companies goes belly up.

    ReplyDelete
  127. I'm not sure it has as much to do with their egos as their wallets. As long as they are still raking in the money (even if it's less than at its peak), there is no incentive to change anything.

PTI has long proved they are penny wise, pound foolish but their system is still working for them. Their stamps continue to be used in cards that end up in magazines, providing free publicity. Long time purchasers continue to buy, newbies flock in monthly.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Not at all surprised about the new website problems. It's just funny, in a sad kind of way.

    ReplyDelete
  129. There is a pattern, ink fail after ink fail, customer service fail time and again, forum/store fail over and over.

The definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

    ReplyDelete
  130. This two year old thread was recently linked. Complaints about the website and second round of ink fail:

    http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/forums/general-stamping-talk-f17/papertrey-ink-frustration-t494846-3.html

    ReplyDelete
  131. Honestly, I am so used to PTI messing it up, that if the store had been done efficiently and correctly I would have died of a stroke. Isn't it interesting that the odds of doing it right are so small that even an attempt to improve is lauded as a great success? Talk about lowering our standards. If Hero or WMS or any of the others were run like this, the industry would be blushing with embarrassment for them.

    ReplyDelete
  132. Just spent $60 at Impress. There was some Christmas stamps I wanted from PTI but not going to wait and tempt fate anyway. So made a new plan.

    ReplyDelete
  133. Don't they usually do some sort of flashback to an older set on the first of the month? Did I miss it?

    ReplyDelete
  134. ^^^^ Was that not Wreath for all Seasons from the other day?

    ReplyDelete
  135. Is it me? Admittedly, I am a half-empty kind of person. So when I look at the new, improved website, I see lots missing - dies linked to stamps, a robust search function, dies still not easy to find, patterned paper packs (unless you happen to type the exact word the search function wants - see above comment), etc. I won't even go into why this was launched when it won't accept existing passwords or show reward points.

Yet I go to the forum and people are praising this wack job of a website up and down. I just don't get it.

    ReplyDelete
  136. I don't get it either. People are applauding that you may have to wait until Thursday to make a purchase for you to log in and have access to reward points.

    ReplyDelete
  137. I hadn't looked at the forum for a while, but just checked some of the comments about the website. So, we are now on ink fiasco #3 and website fiasco #3 as well, or did I forget something somewhere? PTI is a joke. They may have good product, but the company itself is a joke. (And not a funny one...)

    ReplyDelete
  138. People are praising it because they have so given up all hope of anything decent that anything counts as a victory.

    ReplyDelete
  139. I think I missed something. What's going on with the inks?

    ReplyDelete
  140. ^^^you are kidding right?

    ReplyDelete
  141. Totally serious question, how can PTI have ANOTHER fiasco of a website debut????

How on earth can Nichole think this is OK?

I'm really scratching my head about this!

    ReplyDelete
  142. Brilliant move, PTI. New website limits the number of characters you can enter as your username. So what was acceptable on the old website (mine was 28 characters) is not now.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I doubt they will be able to fix the rewards issues before the release. Even if they claim it is fixed, who wants to take a chance with ordering and risk not being credited for their $70+ purchase.

Whoever is making the dunce hats, be sure to include extra fabric/paper so they are properly sized for the three "brilliant business women." You all know how big their heads are.

  144. I just want to be able to browse the website by properly sized pictures and be able to see the designers galleries by stamp set. I don't want categories or lists or other useless words. I want pictures.

I don't even care if my username doesn't work or if I can't order - ever! LOL! I liked the old website.

  145. Why when I search for "heart" do I get the following:

Background Basics: Chevron Stripes Stamp Set

    Beautiful Blooms II Stamp Set

    Boards & Beams Stamp Set

    Everyday Button Bits Stamp Set

    Fall Elegance Stamp Set

Just to name a few??? what the fuck do those have to do with "heart"??

    Another fucked up website

    Lather, Rinse, Repeat

  146. Testing . . . NOT!

    ReplyDelete
  147. Probably because in the description of the stamp set they use the word heart or a derivative of the word heart.

They either get too strict or too broad. It is PTI after all.

  148. my username on the PTI website was my email and now i can login but i have to leave out the last 3 letters from my email lol seriously!

  149. you can put a beautiful bow on a piece of shit and it is still a piece of shit.

  150. You all are absolutely ridiculous!!! Seriously!!! He is NOT FUCKING done, yet!!! What do you not understand about that??? Why are you all spending all this time feverishly trying to log in when you know it is still being worked on!!!??? Honestly! He has offered to give you any info that is so fucking direly urgent and you all choose to hide behind your little anonymous postings and talk so much crap!!! I normally have no problems with ANYTHING that is said here, but ya'll are going a little too far with your bullshit right now!!! Step away from the computer, ladies!!!

  151. is that you nichole? rick? ted??

    ReplyDelete
  152. 14:10 it is someone who has some sense

    ReplyDelete
  153. 14:06 here. Nope, Not Nichole, Not Ted, Not Rick. Not even affiliated with PTI. Just a long time customer who lurks here often and am hoping PTI gets their CS issues straightened out.

  154. My favorite saying 13:44 is

    "You can't polish a turd!"

    ReplyDelete
  155. Hey 14:06, in what fucking world do you live in that rolling out a half assed half finished website is good business sense??? That would not be in the REAL world.

There was no urgency to roll this out, yet they did and AGAIN it was not completely tested. If it had been thru a thorough testing, logins would work, passwords could be reset and reward redemption would not be diabled...just to name a few things that are wrong!

PTI is a basket full of stupid mother fuckers who have no clue how to run a SUCCESSFUL business!

    ReplyDelete
  156. The fact remains, 14:06, competent companies do not roll out a website before it is ready, tested, tested again, tested with all browsers and tested again.

Little glitches are to be expected with any new website. Major fails are not.

    ReplyDelete
  157. Well one bonus of the new website... Sneak peek into the names of the new stamp sets :-) can't wait for the winter snow globe or Santa stationery... Couple others sounded super cute... No pictures yet though darn!

    ReplyDelete
  158. What a bunch of bafoons! The Sept release names are already listed on the website!

Yeah, that's some great testing Rick! what a joke!

    ReplyDelete
  159. 14:41 is correct. They made fools of themselves again. Forget business sense, these people have no sense of any sort.

    ReplyDelete
  160. re:14:24
Umm, actually you can polish a turd, saw that Mythbusters episode, LOL.

  162. So while the previous new website sucked in terms of finding the stamp sets by release, etc., there was at least the links to the labels in the stamp set window. Now the stamp set sorting by release is back and looks great like the old site but the links with all the labels are gone. I don't understand why they would remove that. I hope that is just a glitch and comes back.

    ReplyDelete
  163. Did you see the prices? I think they removed the list by now. I didn't see it. lol!

    ReplyDelete
  164. 14:06 "You all are absolutely ridiculous!!! Seriously!!! He is NOT FUCKING done, yet!!! What do you not understand about that???"

You hit the nail on the head. He's NOT done.

So, why launch it? What do you not understand about that?

    EX:
    1. I'm not done with my tax return, but I'll send it in anyway.

    2. I'm not done with the report, but I'll give the presentation anyway.

    3. I'm not done with my diagnosis, but I'll go ahead and schedule surgery anyway.

    4. I'm not done with the repairs, but you can go ahead and use the toilet anyway.

    5. I'm not done building the house, but go ahead and move in anyway.

    I can go on.
