How the heck is one supposed to tell how one's package has been shipped when all one has is a tracking number that is not a hot-link? Guess? I know. I ordered. I shouldn't complain. I knew what I was getting into. Srry.

******* Try doing a google search with just the tracking number you were given. It's a bit surprising, but usually Google can figure out from the number what company it belongs to.
the list of companies that did not donate includes Stampin Up, Levis, Target, Walmart, Papercrafts magazine, Close to My Heart, W Plus 9, Waltzingmouse, Mama Elephant, Northwoods, Macy's, Toys R Us, Outlines Rubber Stamps, Ranger Industries, Ford Motor Company, Toyota, Johnson and Johnson, Benjamin Moore, Archer Daniels, General Electric, A Muse Arts, Baskin Robins, NY Yankees.
Are you going to stop buying from all these companies?
I don't even know this Amber or what she's collecting donations for but sometimes companies and individuals have their own way of contributing to a cause. I certainly would not boycott any company for not participating in one person or cause's drive. Now I'll go look and see what it's about but it doesn't make much difference.
example - I may not put a bill in a Salvation Army bucket at Christmas but that does not mean that I don't sit down and write a check to them.
I only saw one person above that said they would continue to buy from other companies but I did not see anyone that said they were going to boycott PTI because of it.
Personally, I am boycotting PTI for various other reasons.

I am not boycotting any company who didn't donate and I am not going to buy from any company that did. I am buying the same way I bought things and stamps before Dawn has asked for donations. I buy from whoever and wherever I want.

I ordered the PTI new release stuff on the 17th, and today, NINE days later, it arrived at the USPS. I get that it's Christmas and all, but seriously? NINE DAYS to even MOVE? Ridiculous. I know, I know, I should've known better. Yikes.
I think what 20:54 was saying is that her order sat in the PTI warehouse for 9 days before moving.
Maybe she ordered something that was out of stock and they held the order until it arrived. I believe they do that without telling the customer frequently.
@711, I am perfectly aware there was a blizzard, Christmas, and a weekend, but all of those things happened EIGHT days AFTER I placed my order. Why in the world would those things have impeded my package's progress if they hadn't even occurred yet?? I didn't order the new LL Heart dies, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. USPS didn't even receive shipping notification until the 22nd, 5 days after I ordered. Care to make excuses for that phenomenon?
@23:40, no I'm not sure when I'm supposed to receive my order. It has officially left the Cincinnati USPS, so I will probably have it Saturday or Monday, if the snow bogs the trucks down.

@16:15- I ordered one of the Christmas TB Favorites and a set from the last release. Otherwise, everything was new.

Back in November I asked a PTI forum member (who also has her own blog) if I ordered something from them would they ship international. She said she could do so and would check out charges etc. Haven't heard anything since. Guess it is too much trouble to bother with internationals - sort of the same ethic as PTI.
PTI has improved it's customer service and smackers don't have anything to bitch about. Hahahahaha. About the time the sneak peeks are revealed they'll be here criticizing again.
I received one. Ordered during a sale though and it took a ridiculous number of days to get shipped out. So if you ordered during a sale I'd say you have at least a couple of weeks to go

If you go to USPS tracking and copy your tracking number it works just fine.
