PTI stands for Papertrey Ink. This is a collective smack blog and Papertrey Ink review page. Papertrey Ink's continuously poor customer service has lead to a page dedicated to discussion of this stamp company and recommendations for alternative stamp companies. Minimal censorship here- I prefer to leave it up to posters' discretion. The opinions posted on this blog belong to our visitors and we are not paid for our honest reviews ;)

Claire treats the customer as if they were her best friend and the relationship means more than money. I had a problem once--minor, and her immediate response was "What can I do to make you feel like a valued customer?" and she did it that day!
Is anyone else having trouble accessing the forum? I need to get an address and I can get on...
The forum is down for me too. It has been all day.

Maybe it's a conspiracy or the favorites that get there packages before anyone else
She doesn't have a narrow minded, old lady, control freak who does the shipping using an antiquated method that worked when the company was still small.
I'd have to agree with 9:51's explanation. It makes more sense.
Claire is humble and sweet and bends over backwards to make her customers happy. Tell me you could say that about any of the three brilliant business women, I dare you! Also maybe Claire's company did not experience the rapid growth- growing pains that PTI did. (Insert eyeroll)
16:02 that made me LOL and almost spit my water out. Even though I was one of the ones that thinks the favorites get priority! Ha ha
9:51 i agree with your explanation, makes sense.
I just placed my first order with WMS. I'm in the US, so how long of a shipping time can I expect?
claire will ship it out within a day or two and then it get here from n. ireland --usually 7 - 10 days total.
I have never had a package from Claire that wasn't here in 7-8 days.
I think other stamp company owners are trying to avoid getting posted here in this smack blog so they have to step up their customer service, which is good.
Or they just care about their customers.
