Comic relief - there are some incredibly funny people on this board and I enjoy their posts.
Investment - both emotional and financial. Both significant. It's hard to walk away from an old friend even though they are exhibiting behaviors that you can't support.
Morbid curiosity - how will it all end?
A study of business behavior - I couldn't make up a masters level case study better than this one.
An infinitely small glimmer of hope - that PTI might eventually be a company that I could purchase from again.

15;10 just because we don't buy from them anymore DOESN"T mean we aren't hoping things will change, for the better. But PTI will need to make a HUGE overhaul, HUGE before I will give any money to them. I have moved on financially but I feel still invested in the company because of the amount of product I own. And i do feel we have made a difference here!
Well, I think Rick adds a certain flavor to this board and I appreciate it. He may actually be the best way we have to voice concerns and have a real human who is connected to PTI be able to pass on the concerns. Not only that, but he has shown himself to be a nice guy who is also human at times and admits it.

Why am I still on the smack board? Few reasons:
Comic relief - there are some incredibly funny people on this board and I enjoy their posts.
